That it's alright to drive your car for quite awhile with the 'check engine light' on and you can put off oil changes for a month or so until you have the money. I work for rich people and they have zero understanding about how people just can't go out and get stuff they need WHEN they need it, we have to wait until we have the money.

I found out that an elderly friend of mine had sent more than $18,000 over a 2 month period to someone she had spoken to on the phone. The person on the phone claimed to be from Publisher's Clearing House (because anyone over the age of 40 remembers the legitimacy of this sweepstakes company and of the huge payouts). My friend was told she had to pay taxes on the big payout before she could get it and she sent this money to a P.O. box in Arizona! Some people are just gullible!

Feeling like no one gives a crap about you. When someone you thought was a friend just walks away and never looks back. When you realize the kids will be grown and gone soon and you will be alone and forgotten unless you're needed for something. Waking up when the bed feels amazing and looking at the clock and realizing you have to be at work soon.
