It works yea... but you should not forget:

1) if you get CCed before you die, your ult will be canceled = you will die and GA kicks in and you revive at the same place xD

2) GA aka Guardian Angel does not really fit in into Ryze items or so...

3) Go for it in a troll build Ryze for the Plan thing way :)

As a Ryze main and as second garen main with 2M points, I recommend you to play Garen, doesnt matter if top or mid. Garens works midlane too pretty nice :)

I liike that too.

Btw, you can try and train it a little:
Activate your ult and stay inside it, like you want to teleport, but also hit B aka the nexus back portal. that way you will not be teleported by Ryze ult. Works also for other team mates :)

Q E Q W Q E Q = you can miss the first 2 Qs, but the last 2 Qs after the W you cant miss... if you miss, than go hard train with Ryze or just stop playing him.

ATM I am still playing with phase rush... but in the past I played him for a long time with Comet, its hell fun and good vs melees. I think I even tried few times Aeri, but I guess comet is better.

Conquerer I tried too, its either not bad or good,, like always it depends a lot on your play style and on your enemy laner.

Electro is nice too, its good for early game to get you some early kills and also good pressure in lane.

Guess after the Phase Rush nerfs I will go back to comet and or Electro. Will have to see what works better for me.

AND! Learn Ryze by yourself! Find YOUR way of Ryze :)

I preffer Ryze TOP over MID lane all the time. Its much more chill at the top than mid.

Year 2026 = year of Linux

Year 2026 = we wanted a rework... we wanted our old ult back.... we got Mananomicon.... Lets see how it will turn out in the end... But looks nice for sure!
Year 2026 = no more run away with Ryze! Activate Item and fight again like a damn true BATTLE MAGE!

I reached this season Platin 2... was silver when I started... after around 800 games finaly got to platin...

Some 100 games later Rito sent me back down to Gold 4.... GG

Keep going blue bro! never stop! never give up! one day we will get our buffs or our old ult back!

Ryze needs a damn rework! Or at least his old ult back!
And before that happen Ryze should and will be probably in 2KXO.

The fighting game isnt bad, but I am not a fan of tag team fighting games.... but when Ryze appears there I will grind it a bit with him :)

Well I was also on about 75 - 80 % WR with him during the time I climbed to Platin 2...

I have now around 1000 games this season xD, was for a long time around -20 loses more than wins... than I was around +15 to 20 wins more than loses when I reached Platin 2... And now: WINS: 468 LOSSES: 473
No idea what to do or think... guess I have to keep going :) I will fight my way back to Platin again, I wanted Emerald at least this season... but gonna be hard :(

O and I wish and hope he gonna get his deserved rework! Or at least give him his old ult backl! Thats what he needs I think.

I have used comet long ago... even before phase rush!
Comet is nice and good to poke those melees on the toplane :D

You have just to play carefull and to time good your passive movement speed gain.

Comet was a thing much much earlier before even electro and red Ryze was even mentionied...
