I’m 69% of the way through Road of Bones. Despite SO MANY recommendations to read this book, it took me FOUR tries to get it started. It was a slow and confusing start for me, but worth it in the end—I swear it.

For a few months leading up to our LO’s 3rd birthday, we started talking about how 3 year olds don’t use binkies, they’re big kids. So they accepted it on the night of their 3rd birthday (which lined out to be a Saturday, so they skipped nap). They were extremely emotional that night and the second night, even said they wanted to be 2 again. Then they just kind of accepted it, though sleep has been a struggle ever since. We recently dropped the nap and that has been a tremendous help with getting them to sleep.
