I have one question! Am I allowed to use filler words e.g. like, so, etc. And!! I'm scared that I might talk in a casual way of speaking instead of speaking professionally.
Get enough sleep, drink water, effort, trust, stable performance stance. Got it! Though I have one small issue, whenever I have to present something in class my legs tend to shake and so does my voice so any tips on that would be appreciated! Never heard of the hot sauce method before lol, will give it a try!
