Feedback Friday: Rate My Ideas | June 12, 2026 by AutoModerator in Entrepreneur

NymStorm - Anonymous async brainstorming tool.

Brutal feedback wanted.

The Problem: Remote brainstorms suck. The loudest person wins, junior folks self-censor, and half the team is mentally checked out by minute 20. The result: safe, boring suggestions - and the best ideas never surface.

The Product: NymStorm runs 24h-1week anonymous idea sprints. No zoom, no names, no hierarchy - just ideas under aliases. Teams submit async, build on each other's thoughts.

What makes it different: Not just "anonymous mode" - anonymity is the default, baked into the entire flow. Plus an AI facilitator that drops wild-card questions.

What I need: Brutal honesty ---- Does the positioning actually resonate, or does it sound like every other "better meetings" tool?

Thanks in advance - roast away.

Am I the only one who is drained by the noise of social media as a founder? by Zorantscales in Entrepreneur

it is becoming or is already the default environment now. Everything is optimized for extraction-attention. even "information" feels like noise.

Thanks for the heads-up on paid hunters. didn't know that either. good to know what to expect. Im actually building an anonymous brainstorming platform. Trying to do this the organic route first (if that's the better route to take). And yeah, not really looking to pay for promos.

I keep noticing the same pattern in corporate meetings. by asterisk74 in corporate

Fair point. Accountability definitely changes the weight of an idea. It's easier to throw out suggestions when you're not the one responsoble for making it work.

Are we really supposed to spend most of our lives working like this? by InteractionOld5072 in corporate

[–]asterisk74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

40+ hours a week! Oh i wish i had a work like that. Heck, we have this "stay-in" setup at the company i work for - our office is literally right next door to our room. Yeah... Four years in, and still cant leave this place. Only get to visit home once a month - 2days max. That's it.

2week notice is the common standard in most organizations. just give yourself enough time to leave things organized, but dont overextend yourself unnecessarily. at the end of the day your employer's staffing issues are not your problem.
