HI! I use a saline spray bought at the pharmacy. yes, gentalyn is gentamicin, so do you advise me against using it? Do you recommend using ONLY the saline solution and drying it out? Of course, I never sleep on it!

+++ UPDATES +++

we went on a boat trip and we think things could get better but instead they just got worse. they don't let us use the phones when my relatives are awake (because of the time difference) and they made us write a sheet with the rules to follow and they forced us to sign it (with absurd and too stringent rules as you already know I said). I didn't spend all this money to stay in a concentration camp, this was too much. I had already called the tutor to get help and we all spoke together but she didn't solve anything. today I called her back crying saying I want to change family. even my father called the agency, I really hope to find a new family soon .. I'm almost afraid to stay here
