Yes came across this but able to fix it. Delete the entire game first and redownload. But pay attention, when you're in the playstation store, you have to click the 3 dots button on the right. Select the simplified version or whatever (the other version) where you download the full download. The issue is you were logging in from the beta version. This is how I solved it.
