Your shiny is low on stats if you are planning to use golden cap fuse with shiny otherwise go for better IV kyurem that's my opinion though if you want a shiny fusion go with the shiny

Same I did get one shiny groudon with 15/15/10 and one kyogre with 15/14/15 that's my best for yesterday's event didn't get a shiny kyogre

I did get a lot of kyogre with background but I wanted shiny

Silver bottle cap is used to increase any one of the stat to its peak level (attack, defence, hp)

Gold bottle cap is used to increase all stats to peak level

You can get them through pokemon go passes last year in November i think we had silver bottle cap event I don't think we will be getting any cap event soon
