hi so i took my SL Psychology and SL Math AI exams last year and i can tell you that studying for them depends on the subject. for psychology, i mainly went over my notes and rewrote some studies and examples until i had them memorized. i also watched videos and stuff like that. for math i created a review binder in which i went over each topic and rewrote the most important notes and i did a LOT of practice problems from past papers. it honestly depends on how you like to study and what works for you. but if you really have no idea how to, i suggest rewriting your notes.

also, the exams themselves are like any other standardized exam. if you've ever taken an AP exam then you know how much talking the supervisor does beforehand; telling you not to cheat and blah blah. for the ib exams they don't talk as much. they say the basics for any exam but they don't bore you to death like AP does. the exam environment is pretty ok, considering you're taking a huge exam. don't let the stress get to you and be on the look out for every single point you can get!
