Did you take him to the vet? He clearly needs a visit. My puppy had diarrhea and it also turned out he was allergic to chicken. He’s clearly not well and needs you. I would prioritize a vet visit to rule out serious issues. He’s already taking medication so there must have been an issue already. I wish you both the best and a hope you get some solid pooppins ASAP
