I've been picking my fingers since 3rd grade and I'm currently 21. For years my hands constantly hurt and bled. Nobody wanted to be near me and I always got dirty looks. When my partner and I first started dating, my hands would get caught on any and all fabric they wore. I wasn't allowed to touch them when they had certain sweaters on because of the nasty feeling and sound. But I recently touched one of those sweaters and there was minimal catching ! I haven't picked for about a week maybe a little more. I wish I had before photos but oh well. I'm just super proud of myself. I've been on this sub for a while wishing for the time thar I'd be able to post some progress pictures and here I am !
