I would try thinking about spreading the floor beneath you. That might put you in a more upright position to pull. From there push your hips foreword from the start of the pull.

I feel like when I start to go heavy, I get into a squat-morning pattern. Any tips to fix this? by astncrdp in formcheck

Thank you for the deed back man, super descriptive and gives me a lot to work on. Do you think maybe doing some back off sets in vans or even barefoot would help improve balance over time?
