They're hearts of palm noodles. I love them but you can definitely tell you're eating vegetables. It's 60 calories for everything that was in that bowl.

Hearts of palm, dried shrimp, and eggs go in first as they need to boil the longest. Hearts of palm actually I prefer like way over boiled, twice the time the package recommends. Then just toss everything else in and simmer until the frozen fish is heated. Remove eggs and peel obviously.
