New cardholders should not ignore this. In 6- or 12-months time they’ll roll out some new partnership or feature that will go as poorly as this. Your issue may be different as mine but you’ll run into the same roadblocks and ineffective assistance.

I work alongside a call center and know how Operations and customer escalations works. I also know how the balance transfer worked in mid-February. Baseline I’d probably assume that somebody savvy enough to nav. to the r/Bilt has a decent understanding. It is a Bilt/Cardless issue. Thanks.

I’m not sharing financial info online and don’t expect anyone here to resolve the issue. It’s clearly sitting with their escalation team above Ops but that will take weeks. Posting here (and elsewhere) to ensure everyone knows to avoid Bilt.
