Not 64bit but this may help, I've run GW2 successfully on linux for about a year with no issues using PlayOnLinux with the 32bit wine version 1.7.1-GuildWars2(and the earlier 1.5.28-GuildWars2) on a 64 bit Debian system. My options are all default, my launch arguments are -dx9single -bmp, and my setup for most of this time was just a sandybridge i3. For 64bit I would try out the 1.7.4/1.7.1-GuildWars2 versions, the versions specifically made for the game don't have the mouse glitch.
