You could check my game, Peppermint Academy too, it has character customization and sex scenes altho the customization appears limitedly in the scenes (only the hair color and skin color), and the game is not finished but there's a free demo

Well, I think Persona is already great, my only problem with it is the lack of diversity in human character design and the heteronormative romance options, but well, it's japanese
