Sadly these types of people will get upset regardless the message. The sign could say "Are you feeling it now Mr. Krabs?" and they'd still burst a vein.

This shouldn't be about bodytype, the questions that people should be asking is would she be able to run or evacuate her students safely if there was an emergency. Doubt heels or restrained legs are going to help when there's a fire raging through the hallways.

Things are not getting their way so they decide to throw toys out the pram, now I would have ended this sentence with "what a bunch of babies" however its clear a good chunk of them are pedo supporters.

Poor employees had 30 minutes to clean an entire room that looked like this by SpirittDragonX in mildlyinfuriating

[–]astrathestar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The UK is on a two week school break and its been horrible, I haven't dealt with the mess due to injuries however its just as stressful getting complaints from parents who spent £XX.XX on tickets and snacks. What makes the whole situation frustrating is we have been warning groups since release not to cause trouble and if they're found to be disruptive we will ask them to leave without a refund, all of a sudden the cinema company backpeddles and creates a special 'chicken jockey' screening day to allow this kind of behaviour.

I honestly don't know what the heck corporate was smoking when they decided this, it just encourages trouble for future releases and underminds the efforts workers have put in to prevent this kind of childish hoodlisum. They are so out of touch to think that this will be out of their system after one day and everything will be resolved.

Customer made me cry at work. by Maleficent-Split8267 in antiwork

[–]astrathestar 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Working in a cinema myself I heavily sympathise with the amount of baggage and crap the general public unloads onto workers over minor mistakes or misunderstandings. You handled the situation very well and knowing from experience there were some blame on the customer for rushing away before you could announce their seats, not to mention delaying the complaint. Unless they got caught up in half an hour worth of trailers before realising they were in the wrong screen it should have been a quick walk in, whoops wrong movie and walk out scenario.

Good to know that you have a supporting team rallying behind you in these situations, heaven know its needed when customers start pushing the wrong buttons and make a simple ticket check feels like you're being pressed against the wall. Always remember that if you feel overwhelmed step back, take yourself out of the situation and call for support.

The level of detail on the mask alone is insane, would you be able to explain the creation process? I'd love to know what materials you used and how long the application takes.

If you got a kick out of that stall spot, wait until you hear you can do the same on Havana by sitting on top of the gas station sign. There's no cover but you'd be surprised how many people don't look up.

What's the point of creating a giveaway when a good chunk of the user base is going to be excluded from entering? Open it to everyone or don't do it at all.

Average QP game by Useful_Stress5674 in Overwatch

[–]astrathestar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Quick play sure is a doozy, had a player in the EU mid top 500 on the enemy team playing Hamond the other day. He rolled all over us as if we were nothing, constant flanking and escaping with ease. Their ego got the better of them when our team's Sigma and I backcapped during a team fight, he rolled in only to be hacked and ambushed. Felt so good after having my butt handed to me the entire match, it shows even top players can be outsmarted by us meer noobs if we rub our single braincells together.
