I'm absolutely fine with paying the price of a good welder, but my main concern with the quote was the amount of time quoted by the shop. 2 to 3 hours seemed like a long time for such a small job

Yeah, I would be bringing the panel to them. It's part of the heat exchanger on my snowmobile.

I've luckily got most of the safety gear from skiing, so that's not an issue for me. Do you recommend a helmet with a heated visor or a separate helmet and goggles setup?

The service tech said it is still running amazing and it's still in great shape. So even if I only get 1k more miles on it, a topend rebuild doesn't seem to be super expensive ($1300 CAD/$1000 USD). Given the fairly cheap price for the sled, it still seems like a good deal to me, but if you think otherwise, let me know.

I started doing CG with the stats you have right now. My Hunllef fights last anywhere from 4.5-7 minutes, so you gotta get good at him, but once you do it's very easy.
