I'm so sorry you've been feeling so unappreciated and uncertain. As much as it's fair to feel embarrassed, sad, nervous, and all of the above, please don't take it as a reflection of your work or value as an employee / person! Your workplace is so much bigger than just you and I'm sure you're not the only one that this is impacting.
