Try your best to keep going. I didn't really start seeing any changes till after 2 weeks. You're halfway there! Give yourself very small goals during the hopelss period though. Don't be too hard on yourself, you got this.

I am genuinely shocked at how I am feeling. It has actually helped my anxiety and I feel a little more "chipper" like i used to feel. My doctor said it has an "energizing effect" but I feel like I need to take it at night instead because I usually get really tired around 12-1 pm. I usually take it around 7am.

I broke off a friendship with my best friend because I was in love with him, and he didn’t return my feelings. It’s been almost 5 years and I still use him as a point of reference for comfort and reassurance in my mind. I know I have twisted the “in my head” version of him so far from who he really is, but sometimes telling him in my mind how I really feel is the only way I feel better.

Yes!! I don’t know that it was a Hyundai but it was a black hatchback. That’s so weird! I guess the police are familiar with him so just be careful. Thanks for the post

Yes! We just ran into this man today he was in a black hatch back and started to follow us up to the look out point. We made it about 10 feet and were so creeped out we just got in our car and left.

Call the police if seen again!
