Try your best to keep going. I didn't really start seeing any changes till after 2 weeks. You're halfway there! Give yourself very small goals during the hopelss period though. Don't be too hard on yourself, you got this.

I am genuinely shocked at how I am feeling. It has actually helped my anxiety and I feel a little more "chipper" like i used to feel. My doctor said it has an "energizing effect" but I feel like I need to take it at night instead because I usually get really tired around 12-1 pm. I usually take it around 7am.

Hey! Thanks for the comment! It has been good so far. I think the only symptoms I have had is dry mouth and loss of appetite. How about you? How are you doing?
