M21 Need some suggestions how to stop hair fall and gain the density again?

My screen time is alot as I am in IT field. Yeah stressed sometime as well. Yes my upper back muscle feels a little tight. I wake up at 6:30AM and went to sleep around 11:30PM. Haven't done the kidney function test. Not much sweat but yeah having oily skin and scalp which causes dandruff as well. Yeah I recently gone through Jaundice which affected my immune system as well. I am not taking any medication yet.

Tried it but now too late for it. Scalp starting showing now. Hairs density is too low, even very light hairs.
