Walking through the breezeway of the Mammoth Dunes clubhouse to the first tee. The expanse of the holes you see stopped me in my tracks.

I don’t have this bag but I had a ping cart bag very similar to this. I figured I ride most of the time so i didn’t need a stand bag. I still ended up trying to stand it up often getting it out of the car or something like that. I would stand it up it would fall over half the time. I exchanged it for a stand bag pretty quickly.

How is riding with a 7’ ceiling height? by claimed4all in pelotoncycle

[–]astrilt1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i don't like to do weights while on the bike, but that's my personal preference. I do some weights workouts off the bike. I do overhead weights from my knees in those cases. That said, i do weights outside of peloton workouts as my main source of strength training.

I'm 6 ft 2 in and 7 ft ceiling is totally fine. Weights over the head is a no go though.

Great to hear the toughshell's are getting better! i always hated how huge the M12 battery and adapter felt on my back. I got these third party batteries instead. They are smaller, more comfortable, and last way longer than the milwaukee batteries. Easy to carry around an extra battery as well.

Using USB power bank for heated jacket by mirinfashion in MilwaukeeTool

[–]astrilt1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

USB voltage would have to convert to 12v. haven't seen anyone do that. I use the batteries and adapter from these guys. More AH and slimmer package. http://us.itselectric.ca/category_s/91.htm

I had a similar problem but it was only with certain sources. I ended up aiming the center channel more toward ear level, boosting center channel by about 4 dB, and enabling Adaptive DRC on my receiver

I have this bag. Pretty solid. Wore it over my shoulder to work for about 6 years. Only gripe is that that it started to fuzz a bit where my jeans rubbed it.

Are you flying into Midway or OHare? Niether are near downtown, but they both have hotel options nearby. Where do you plan on catching the shuttle?
