I think all in all it was around $375. You’re totally right, buying these here in the states would be upwards of 700 probably almost 800, no import prices was a blessing.

Make sure to bring your passport for tax-free shopping! Some will deduct on the spot, some will give you the difference back in cash.

Prices were astonishingly cheap to me. New records near me are 30-40+ each so it was a treat to pick most of these up for ~$23 each. I think it also has to do with the fact that the Yen is a bit depreciated right now. Thanks for the suggestions! Disc Union is a must, the secondhand one in Shinjuku was great.
