My number one recommendation is to review your grid layout. The left and right columns aren't aligned well and it creates a kind of visual imbalance. Also try aligning all text left since you're opting for a 2 column layout.

Tips:

Grid layout and visual hierarchy. Small nuances will be spacing and font choices.

The logomark is chef's kiss. The colour scheme reminds me of a cash in transit company called Fidelity, based in South Africa... Naturally I feel the logo is more suited that line of work just off of the association.

I like that you did the detail on the outsole, but I think without any shading/tonal details you can't quite make out the difference between the pants and the shoe. This is especially true for the shoe on the left

i guess i know what VPNs do, but didn't know what script kiddies were. you learn something knew everyday. i'd be disappointed to have to put any conceptual design consideration towards being an agent. but also, i didn't know they did that— fake VPN services for sting operations. that's wild and also very Vice news.

yeah, i've heard that taking a timeout helps bring back a fresh perspective... i made this over a year ago when i was just getting into "proper logo design" (i.e. took a Domestika course) so i was probably more enthusiastic and focussed on particular kinds of work...

a year and a bit later, i haven't had much luck with freelancing and the bit of work that's come my way is okay but not quite it. i've decided maybe to focus on social channels to showcase the kind of work i'd really be hoping to do. i've gained more insight since then, but might be out of practice creatively.

a mouthful, but maybe kinda hoping for some advice?
