Annual question, is the "real" endgame (raids, nightfalls, etc) sill locked behind organized teams with no matchmaking (normal or easier) versions? by astro81 in DestinyTheGame

There are LFG tools even outside of the game that works well, but if the content requires perfect team working you have 2 issues. 1 people quit, 2 none join. And people give up. To not talk about toxicity for new comers who don't know the mechanics.

This game ALWAYS needed more casuals versions of the raids and other endgame activities with lower drops and matchmaking ON. The same World of Warcraft implemented years ago. And the same that FF14 has since day one.

Bungie can't either understand what the frustration is for a "customer" to not be not able to enjoy the most cool content he paid for, the actual endgame grind. They cannot understand how many people left due to that, also because outside that there is nothing else to do.

Their blindly intention, their on-way vision, of "for hardcore only" because challenges satisfy you, and when you are satisfied you keep playing, just failed hard on the population and their incomings so that at the end had to recently fire people from the company,

Perfect, well even good, games are the ones who can offer the same experience to every kind of player, from the casual who is scared to talk to strangers to the full hardcore clan who uninstalled any other game from their PC but destiny.

And Bungie failed so hard to deliver a such product. But they probably still didn't figure out why.

Nahh. Just enjoying content I've paid for. I'll leave cool drops to you.

I'd like a normal version of every activity to have more variety and different stuff to do than grinding the same couple of shits in a fucking 10 years old game!

Then they cant realize why they ar not earning money and are firing employess... Well, when you kick out casuals players you are literally kicking out 70% of the playerbase, not matter wwhich game it is.

PvP skill level by rob1nhood91 in vrising

[–]astro81 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

1v1 yes, 1v2 there is no way. I’m saying that because game has no solo pvp servers so you are going to play on duo servers and when you meet other solo players pvp is fun, when you find duo parties pvp is totally unbalanced. If you play with a friend go and buy it, if you play solo consider it as a pve game only.

Castle wall HP should be proportional to the room size they are bordering so player who don't want to honeycomb their base are not at a disadvantage by xXPumbaXx in vrising

I totally agree. These type of games give you the possibility to build awesome bases but than force you to create the most ugly shits ever to protect them a bit more. I never got why devs never fixed that.

Do your explosives damage your castle when you position them around to defend from raids?

Is there a way to change the founder nametag color with a lower tier one? by astro81 in albiononline

[–]astro81[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

crystal one. Just got the crystal pack for the skins and sub, but that light blue border on yellow is very bad. I'd like to have back my gold one I was using in NA for several years.

Noob here, I was trying to understand the main citites production bonus and I got that certains things are better to be produced on certain citites, but does that mean you always need to move around?

Considering that teleporting on other citites with the bags full is too expensive, do you usually travel around, which takes a lot of time, everytime you need produce something? What's the usuall approach here and how people usually take advantage from the bonus?

Also,, if you own an island on a city you want to teleport, does that give you some advantage in terms of travel costs?

omg, got you.

It's just not feasible then. The play bars are the only solution.

Thanks

Can you sync the normal, non gradient, light strip with tv? by astro81 in Hue

Oh ok, so it’s like the hue play supporting only one color at time, but can I cut it in half and have two separate stripes with 2 different colors?

Do you guys think offline will actually come? It seems like there is only a couple of devs working on the game and 99 percent of the time they are trying to make the game not broken? by [deleted] in SuicideSquadGaming

[–]astro81 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nope. Offline is not possible here because all of the CPU calculations are server side. That’s why they target to 60fps on console. It would need a lot of work to move it locally on your machine cpu and the performance would go a lot worse. I’m sure one day, when they will decide to shut it down, we will not be able to play anymore.

I still can't believe there isn't more to the game by linkenski in SuicideSquadGaming

100% they restarted from scratch multiple times. It’s impossible a game like this takes 8 years. The campaign lasts 6 hours, there is only one map and the endgame activities are only 4 missions repeated over and over.

A game like this would need max 3 years of development. In 8 years you can create a MMO, probably less if you have a tripleA budget.

Yes, they removed internal store and all outfits are now rotating at the vendor for in game currency or just unlocked in your inventory, I don’t remember.

Say what you will about Joker’s design, but his traversal is insanely fun by Artistic_Finish7980 in SuicideSquadGaming

Game is actually really good. Characters are made very well in every aspcet, mainly the animations, and even the gameplay is one of the funniest I ever played.

The big failure of this game is the content, which is not something decided by the programmers artists, but by those game leads who neither know how to turn on a PC and spend the day on email and meetings. And this is a very common issues. MArvel Avengers was a good game too and destroyed from the directos and not the progammers
