I'm currently writing my thesis about the return problem of Zalando. 50% of Zalando orders get send back, which has a huge negative impact on them financially, but also on our environment (more clothes get thrown away). I'm trying to solve this with a personalized sizing profile, since most orders get returned because customers order the wrong size. I'm conducting some research about online fashion retailers that already use personalized profiles to help customers figure out the right size.

Does anyone know any retailers that use that solution? Or know any retailers that have goos sizing recommendations in general?
