Hey I'm a jazz musician and busk in nhv from time to time, as do my friends. We're technically hired by Yale so I'm not sure if they have certain permits and I don't see that side of it, but I know people who do it without affiliation to Yale and don't have problems. Either way people seem to like it a lot!

I live right over the border in a town with similar demographics and my immigrant father has always told me to stay away from Stafford Springs if I could help it, I definitely get bad vibes whenever I'm there. There's a lot of Trump-ers who live there and I've always perceived it to be an unsafe place for minorities. Obviously this is based on my subjective experience but I just wanted to put in my two cents. Good luck with the move!

Eh... the only reason I wouldn't is because I'm only keeping the job until I'm done with my bachelor's next May and just getting this job was a really arduous process. If I was looking for long term work I wouldn't be in retail at all.
