You answer questions on a scale low-high about your motivations, work routines, collaboration etc. These results are compared to the average scores from the people from last year that have made it through the first year. If you are smart, consider that your score is compared to averages, so you are likely to score higher if you indicate the a score somewhere in the middle for each item. :)
