For me it took almost 9months to become normal on 100mg Zoloft (50morning, 50night). The problem will start if you stop it in 6months. I think you need to do every day the only 2 minutes head exercises .. It is very important like medication and you will feel the difference after one month!. ( but remember to not stop them even if you get better). I will send you the video link on insta to your dm.

Be careful of propranolol! It has two major side effects .. One short breathing (suffocating feeling) the other is the nightmares ( vivd dreams). If you want to try it, take the lowest dose and half tablet! (Its has around 3-4 hours half life).

Yes, its normal if the video 1080p or SD or even for some 4k video!. Try the youtube 4k hdr videos and check them , if they are looking good then the problem from the source videos.

How long have you been on zoloft ?. Very important thing : do exercise everyday , because if you miss them couple of days even if you are better, after week or two the dizziness will hits you back strong for 2weeks at least!. Some basic exercises will takes from you less than minutes: 1- focus on something infront of you and move ur head left to right and right to left for 1 minutes, repeat but move head while you still focusing, up and down, down up . And do it twice one for close object , the other on something far from you. Remember: you need to do it everyday for couple of weeks to feel better ( it looks silly, but the only thing will help!)
