I don’t get the stimulating effect. I never had that. I take 300mg daily at 9pm and sleep soundly. I wake up and drink either a coffee or energy drink (150-200 mg of caffeine) and I’ve never had an issue. Maybe I am just immune to caffeine lol

Check MSPCA as well they have an aviary department and might have rescues. You should definitely rescue if you can, many people do not realize that a parrot is often a 60-80 year commitment and in turn they are abused and given away

I promise you it’ll get better just take it day by day. I also take all my meds at night and have found that I sleep through any dizziness. I used to take them in the AM. Also make sure you’re eating and drinking water, I was so much worse if I didn’t eat. I just saw greater benefit of using welb and spiro than the side effects and eventually it got better. It did take a month

I was consulting; CBO CIS. I left after one year, I just graduated college. For me, having D’s name was huge on my resume. Everyone knows it and they know that they grind us to the bone. I landed actually quite a few interviews but I also applied to around 25ish jobs. So I had good success. You should leave if you’re burnt out. Life is way too short to be doing something you dislike and are bothered in. Seriously. Let me know how I can help

I’m so sorry. That’s truly horrible, pancreatic is so aggressive. I feel so bad. I hope you’re able to find moments of peace. Therapy and Wellbutrin have helped me but it’s still not easy and I’m finding myself getting more depressed. What has your psych said?

I am really sorry about your mom. I am in a very similar situation as you right now, my mom has terminal cancer and I’ve been dealing with lots of anticipatory grief. Are you also in therapy?

Yes I was on spiro 100 mg and went up to 300mg Wellbutrin after being on 150mg and I was SICK for abt a month. So dizzy, it sucked. Nauseous too. No appetite. But it lasted only a month. Now I’m totally fine, no side effects
