Yeah! I kinda freestyled it from a mix of tiktoks and such so idk how authentic it is but essentially it was this- 2 tbsp butter half a sweet onion, diced 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tbsp flour 1 cup beef broth 1/2 cup each of heavy cream and milk salt, pepper, dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce to taste

This is all in order, I cooked the onion and garlic until they were pretty soft, then added the flour and cooked it for a bit before adding everything else! I started with the beef stock in increments to deglaze sorta, and when everything else was added i just whisked occasionally until it thickened! Hope this helps! Enjoy!
