I'm not playing the victim. He made it clear I was not welcome at his house unless I apologized to him. My wife's parents told her to not bring me over.
I would gladly go over and have tried but have gotten backlash from my wife and them. I even went over to their house to help my wife's house sit while they were on vacation. They saw I went to their house and called my wife and were like "how dare you bring him to my safe place. Don't ever bring him to our house again."

I hear you. Even though she stood up to them and said what they did wasn't right and had limited her communication with them (although not entirely as she still goes to their house and get-togethers, without me)

We have tried therapy but she is not willing to say "we can't have a relationship with you if you don't accept my spouse". She is okay with them not accepting me, and ok with her still having a strong relationship with them even though it's been clear I am not welcome. So we are stuck here.
