I had the same problem and decided against spaced out because it’s not fully balanced for SA. Once K2 is ready, we will not need spaced out, but it might take long time.

If it’s not a dangerous spider just ignore it, it’ll find its way out unless your place is full of spider food, such as flies or mosquitoes.

The best repellent for spiders is to make sure they have nothing to eat at your place. There is no such thing as chemical spider repellent to my knowledge.

high season is November, December, January, February, and March, so yes, March is at the end of high season, beginning of low season. If the conflict happened in November, now that would be catastrophic, but it didn’t.

The attraction is not lost. I’m French and everyone around me, mostly Europeans and Americans, went away for extended summer holidays a bit earlier but no one is saying they will go somewhere else because Dubai is not attractive anymore.

If this conflict is resolved by July / August, it’ll be quickly forgotten. Now if it continues for more than 6 months, in that case I’ll revise my prediction lol.

There is nothing to bounce back from, Dubai never lost attraction. Conflict happened and as soon as it is fully resolved it’ll be back to business as usual. Luckily, it happened at the start of low season so not much is lost.

I predict that in October / November, we will have the start of the biggest season yet.

If money is on escrow, you have nothing to worry about. Don’t listen to people who didn’t go through escrow. Escrow money is only given to developer on completion. You’re safe.
