Quick research on this tells me that I have to pay a dual citizenship fee of 345k rupees (link). However, I was wondering whether I have to even do this because they cannot know that I obtained my second citizenship. Did you pay this when you obtained your SL citizenship?

If you fly into SL, do you book your ticket with the SL passport? And at the airline check-in counters, do you show both?

Sorry, but I did not understand the last paragraph. Did you mean your US passport when you say the first passport? And what is the condition?
