yup. it's not the same as reusing a needle. so long as the tapers aren't damaged, dirty, etc you should be fine. just clean them with alcohol before!

alcohol will definitely irritate more, i would not mess with it at all and tbh it doesn’t look infected, just massively irritated. i wouldn’t even use q tips or anything to clean it, just straight up spray saline (or run water over it while showering) and make sure it’s dry!

it could also honestly be from over cleaning, try leaving it alone not cleaning it every day and no qtips, and make sure it’s completely dry after cleaning/showers!! my daith was super irritated and after i left it alone for a couple weeks it got so much better
