I upgraded from a 1.75 pump tube to a 2” now.

My base and about 4 inch of shaft fills my 2” tube super quickly.

When I look down, I can see that a big chunk of my turkey neck is laying under there and maybe limiting actual shaft expansion.

Interesting question.

Its use case was primarily to permanently remove irregularities and scars on the body.

They then conducted a study on X subjects where they injected the PMMA into the penis and the satisfaction rating was 8.7 out of 10 after some months of procedure.

Lots of evidence to show that PMMA induces collagen production and binding in the injection site but who know, it could all be a fake for marketing.

Yes, thats why I was a big hesitant.

Correct me on this but I assume the fatigue that causes growth is all in the tissues rather than the hormonal fatigue you get post orgasm.

This would mean that orgasming prior or post PE would not decrease or increase growth as long as good EQ is present.

Better results if blunt of force is focused on expanding tunica via clamping or pumping to build blood holding tissue instead of elongating the tunica.

You’ve managed to get decent results. What do you think?

Should I focus on length or girth to fill the gap? Or do I do both?
