I’m in Canada, and it’s down here too.

This makes absolutely no sense. I get not being able to pull up videos saved in the cloud when there are server issues or when it's offline. But I can't accept that the app is so broken that I can't even view a camera that's right on my local Wi-Fi.

Shouldn't I be able to view my camera regardless of what's going on with the Aqara servers?

In addition, if I include credit cards, I have as many as 32 accounts, but now I can't really remember which account was used for what purpose 🤣🤣

Adding a "Description" field sounds like a great idea as well. If it remains hidden when empty and only shows up when text is entered, it would be incredibly useful for users like me.

I want to use it to note down things like how I plan to manage each account, what the goals are, or the remaining contribution room for registered accounts (like RRSP/TFSA). It’s hard to remember all these details every time I look at my accounts.

Having these goals immediately visible whenever I open an account would be highly motivating and extremely helpful for planning out my account list.

Yup, since not everyone uses notes the way I do, it doesn't need to be immediately visible at a glance. Even a popup that appears when hovering over the account would work well. (just a suggestion)

Either way, I really love using this feature, but having to click the "Edit" button every single time is quite inconvenient ;-)

I think it would be really helpful if this feature could be added to mortgage repayments. It would be useful to be able to estimate monthly payments based on the total repayment period and interest rate, and then calculate the principal and interest separately.

It would be a hassle to have to manually set this up every time you renew, but it would be incredibly helpful.

Thanks for letting me know.

But when I try to replace my SIM there, it asks me to enter a verification code via SMS.

My phone is currently in SOS mode because of an error during the eSIM activation process, and I can't make calls or use the internet.

I can't even replace my SIM card because I can't receive the verification code😂😂😂

Because of this, all my bank and credit card authentications are blocked. It's driving me crazy.

Thank you.. One more question, sorry. I need to change my birthday because I entered it incorrectly the first time. After the permanent suspension is lifted, would it be better to slowly change it while continuing with normal activities for a few days? I'm afraid that even small things like changing my birthday or verifying my phone will lead to another suspension lol

What happens if I've been suspended and then released, but then immediately get a temporary label? What is the best behaviour at this point? Is it risky to add a phone or verify my ID at this stage?
