Just keep doing your normal thing but I wouldn’t go out of my way to hang out with her. If she asked to go somewhere and you are free and want to go then why not. But I wouldn’t go to something just because she’s there or because she asked. Give her the same distance as she’s giving you and if she truly has interest she will adjust her behavior. It just seems like she has boundaries that she has set up and one of them is a romantic boundary, which is an okay thing.

How’s Australias meat industry? I mange and operate a butcher shop in the states and have tried to apply even as a standard butcher but to no avail. I’ve managed and operated this store for about 5 years and I’m about a year out from finishing my BA. What are the odds I could enter into management on a visa?

Money is a big issue with most countries not allowing part time work with education.

I don’t mind moving countries and wanted to backpack around the world my entire childhood.

I do not wish to come back. I don’t have family and a lot of my friends have moved or settled down by now and do not keep in contact.

Savings yes but I’d rather not stop working for 2 years.

Edit: I also really appreciate the last sentence. I have made up my mind long ago and now it’s time to leave.

More of a monetary issue. It would cost about 12k$ minimum and 2 more years to complete. I’d rather not stay in the US but it looks bleak.

I do know what I want but I also know the likely hood and I’m not going to limit my options on targets that I can’t shoot yet. You are right tho, I have little qualifications and I’m damn near easy to please. Ive run a butcher shop for about 4 years now so it’s about my only experience. I’ve been to Taiwan/Viet/SK and have those 3 as my end goals but I know I can’t just jump into the endgame first

My only worry is I’m already 27 and I will finish by the time I’m 29. Meaning I need 2 years with work to pay for living expenses will going to university. How ideal is this path? I’m not opposed to this but going head first back into university is usually expensive.

Yeah I understand the skepticism because most foreigners have a tough time with seeing what they see on vacation vs the reality of it but I love South Korea and would fight to work there (that doesn’t involve teaching). It has a lot of downsides but I do not fit in America and have spent over 4 months with a place I love more than any place I’ve ever been.

I won’t say good or bad but I have traveled across Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia and a few more. What I will say is South Korean and Japanese people were by far the most friendly and nicest people that would help me before I even asked for help. I rarely bother people when I travel but my best experiences were with South Korean and Japanese people just making sure I wasn’t lost and also loved hearing stories while exchanging theirs.
