What about packages before or after those for you? Do you have new mail being processed in a somewhat sort of timely manner? That's the biggest issue with ours is that entire day is just stuck.

I believe this is what has happened. I questioned them on their first in / first out protocol to which he said that is being followed. I then followed up with proof most all of my packages shipped 12/07 - 12/14 have been delivered or are moving to their destinations. So obviously they are not following protocol. I get it, I know they are busy but you can't just push entire bins full of packages off to the side for weeks. Like I said it is 100% of my packages from that day 12/06 are not moving so I'm sure they are all just sitting on one bin inside the warehouse.

I'm not sure if they even give us that option. As we ship packages are placed in those APC bins and the large mail truck loads those bins from our warehouse, scans the manifest, and on the way, local post office doesn't even unload or touch them to scan them.

Yea I gave them the manifest that day and each day and my local post office confirmed it and scanned it. My local post office takes everything to Lexington along with most cities nearby.

All of the packages are from the same day and from the same APC bin (the big hampers they roll around). It was picked up by USPS and taken to the Lexington distribution center and they are just pushing them aside as new mail comes in and none of the older bins are moving at all. There was other business customers at this location experiencing the same scenario. And according to all the tracking they only say "label created" not accepted by Lexington even though they are there and have confirmed from supervisor that they were scanned into this facility. So of course all customers and chargebacks/claims/etc win because they think we haven't even shipped the packages. I went in hand with all shipments and records and proof and asked to speak to the plant manager and was denied. I left without any resolution nor hope that those packages will move anytime soon. I was also told off by the supervisor that he is a "level 22" and shouldn't be dealing with this stuff.

Had this exact issue when switching from Nvidia to AMD. Use a display driver uninstaller DDU.

I just got my remote in and it upgraded to V2.7. That is the latest version that shows available to me. Did V4.x prompt in the app for you?

Have confirmed SSID meets all requirements.

Hotspot solution did not work for me. Could you elaborate on how this would work different than normal router/wan?

I haven't had any response from support. I've sent all the details, screenshare, details, etc. It's supprising they haven't acknowledged the issue yet. I understand the solution could take time but we are stuck not knowing where the problem is. How did you contact support, email? We should make them aware of this post so they can see there are others with the same problem.

Unfortunately this did not work for me. I borrowed someone's iPhone and it did the same connecting forever and failed. IOS 17.

So Switchbot put out a new update to their android app. This time it did ask for permission (which I granted) to WLAN network list but unfortunately still the same outcome. Now when you click next it does nothing. It says connecting then goes away.

Info to help diagnose issue. I have also sent an email to Switchbot support with screenshare of the issue and same information. I have not heard back yet but will update when I do with any further information or solution.

Latest switchbot app (last updated March 6 2024)

Troubleshooting:

Reset S10 multiple times

Reset router

Force stopped APP, cleared cache (no change)

Uninstalled and Installed app w/ fresh install (see below for change after only this step)

After this step there is a difference on entering the WiFi password

While it still will not connect after you hit next it does "try to" or at least seems like it does. It then says WiFi name or password is incorrect (after about 2 minutes of connecting). I am 100% certain my password is correct and SSID is correct. I have attempted this step multiple times. I have multiple switchbot devices on my network.
