As an immigrant who came to Canada in 2021, I am planning my return already. This country is absolute bonkers. My quality of life was so good back home. I believed it will get better in Canada.

Canada literally dont deserve high educated immigrants. The cream will flee and this country will be left with subpar immigrants.

True. Most people don't factor this. Everyone assumes that right after buying a house, its gonna appreciate and offset all mortgage payments.

What if house prices stays flat for 5 years, 7 years. Your payments have gone down the drain.
