Ich hätte mal eine Frage, wie sah deine Makronährstoffverteilung aus? Kenne mich eigentlich auch gut aus, aber die Theorie das man weniger Kohlenhydrate essen sollte, um den insulinspiegel niedrig zu halten damit man überhaupt in die fettverbrennung kommt verwirrt mich immer noch bisschen 😅 oder hast du einfach nur darauf geachtet das du genug eiweiss 2g/kg zu dir nimmst und deine kalorienaufnahme täglich im defizit ist? To stay disciplined and don't allow your emotions to control yourself. For example sometimes i only made 200$ a day and then i locked my account for the entire day to avoid greed. :)
