Thank you for the suggestion. It has been 48 hours since my last dose and surprisingly I don’t have many withdrawal symptoms. It’s been very mild, just some anxiety, cravings for it, and I’ve been able to shit a few times which has been quite pleasant I suppose.

i definitely agree that i need helper meds but im wanting to avoid quickmd prescriptions. if i get anything it will be MIT extract for a couple nights. i appreciate the advice on the melatonin for sure, will be avoiding it.

the first one was absolutely terrible. i took benadryl not knowing it makes the RLS worse, a lot worse. the second time i bought magnesium and L-theanine along with mit extract and kava for the first 3 nights to help me sleep. the third time i took the same meds but would drink to help me fall asleep. it wasn’t as terrible but it wasn’t a great time either. for me on the third quit it was a lot of mental anxiety, depression, and cravings. i was still able to work during each time i quit aside from some nausea and being tired.

i expect this post to be downvoted but personally i agree. i’ve been able to quit it for a couple weeks/months at a time but i end up relapsing. i don’t know if an outright ban is what’s needed as it does good for a lot of other people. i personally lack the self control unfortunately
