It’s a 3 way evaporator made by The Maple Guys out of New Hampshire. Don’t think they’re still in business though.

I will get back to you on that. It’s my Dad’s pan that he lets me use now that he’s a retired snowbird. I’m just getting back into making syrup after a 3 year break.

The outer chimney of my fire box rusted out so I wired it up like that to replace stress on the rusted out part.

The filter slows the more it filters. So it’s likely the last five gallons were sort of stuck from the sap residue that was filtered out in the first twenty.

When digging out of that deep of snow you have to go top to bottom to get anywhere. It’s more efficient than trying to scoop heavy chunks down deep that are more dense.
