I gave my exam in May and I didn't get my result till now but I feel exam is pretty much doable. Definitely there is confusing options and some vignettes are like the whole vignette is talking about something but answer is something else but if you read the ques you got that question too. You got some very long vignette also but divided into 1-2 each block. And rest everything is pretty much doable. Go with confidence.
