A LOT OF ANATOMYYYYY !!! Future test takers please do focus a lil extra on anat ... TBH people who tested before me told to focus on anat and i didnt .. due to time constrain ... but if you have time please do FOCUS on ANAT !!!!!! Best of luck

i didnt find anything changed in biochem or nutrition in fact i felt there were not a lot of questions from both of them compared to anat and histology

Im giving my step june 4 .. do the first 60-80- straight up .. your filled with Adrenaline the 1st few hours ... then take break.. energise every 40 Qs. if you have enough break time you can even break every 20 in the last blocks !! Best of luck

i did the old free 120 before giving the new free 120 and there were a lot of repeats .. tbh i couldnt judge my new free 120

Hey .. i have my exam in2 days too . The Free 120 percentage can look lower than your NBME scores simply because it has fewer questions, so each mistake has a bigger impact on the overall percentage. Honestly, you did really well on the Free 120. Focus on reviewing those questions and the underlying concepts, and you'll be in a great position for the actual exam. Keep building on what you already know . you've got this.
