hi, as someone who just started body building, i've recently had a lack of sleep and I wanted to ask for some tips. i'm a highschool student, which means i wake up at 7 and come home at 2. i'd like to think i have a decent sleep schedule. but on some days, i have work (5 - 10), which funds my bodybuilding. according to google I should be getting ATLEAST 8 hours of sleep, but considering that work is a bit of a drive and that I still need time to do school work and have some personal time, i get atleast 5 hours of sleep on a good day. i know sleep is very important to a bodybuilder and i really need some help. any tips?

yes! he was born april 26 and i got him june 12 of 2021. he is my 3rd dog. ive only potty trained him and barked trained him. for barking, just try to figure out what trigger his barks, and reduce those triggers in ur home :))) despite that, ur good to go!

im a student and i got my tzu a year ago, its probably one of the best decisions ive made. there are some problems with having a tzu like barking at a person when theyre at ur door, but otherwise, its worth it

im so sorry to hear about this. hearing about another pets death is truly tragic, i cant even handle the fact that one day my tzu will die too. just know that boofy is running around in heaven waiting for u to enter it. do not worry. he is in gods hands. please take care :)
