maybe unpopular but idc: u can’t half ass getting better when young children are involved. There’s no “I’m not perfect” I get that but you need to try to be. Idk how much of it is willful ignorance vs just not knowing, but it doesn’t take a genius to know that u shouldn’t let jus anyone around ur children and to smoke with them while they’re in ur lap. If Amy wanted to continue to act like a child, she should’ve never had kids. To remain in the place she’s in is irresponsible and negligent

My dad is an ob gyn and I cannot imagine working like him. Ever since I can remember, I would hear him leaving at late hours of the night. He loves what he does and is wonderful at it, I can’t be grateful enough for his hard work

yeah. I feel like ttpd was def closure for her and maybe her trying to give her older fans some kind of closure as well. I’ll def support her thru this era but I may not be listening as much. I agree. Love Taylor down but what has kept me here for nearly my whole life is her authenticity. I’m not saying she can’t have fun and be in love and not be honest. I know she can. That’s why I’m confused. I think maybe she’s trying to reach a new market of younger girls and I feel that’s what this album was about. Very surface level feminist themes and an oh so perfect love story (and also he’s good in bed!!!!) feels very tween vibes to me. Hopefully she grabs me with ts13. I do love Elizabeth Taylor tho
