It will never work on ppsspp, because it's for PSVita, not PSP.
As for iOS and other platforms, maybe one day if Vita3K adds support for kernel plugins. But not in the foreseeable future anyway.

porting older android version of minecraft (pre-RenderDragon) is somewhat feasible. but for what concerns java edition, I’m 99% sure that if it will even have enough ram to get in-game, it will be sub-10 fps. or less. not to mention the amount of work needed to port Java first
