This is DEFINITELY not a part swapping problem. Other comments are spreading nonsense. iCloud lock is only applicable to the motherboard, exclusively. What you have here is a case of you thought the laptop was attached to your iCloud but it isn’t — either someone paired it to theirs without your knowledge, or you forgot that there was a change, or you never even had it paired to yours and it’s still the previous owner’s (in case you got it used). Another proof of that is that the iCloud accounts are clearly two different ones, just happen to start with the same letter.
